Intent-Based Control for Golf Mobility

Intelligent Control for
Golf Course Mobility

POINGO, developed by California Suncap LLC, is building intent-based control systems for intelligent golf mobility — including smart follow push carts and remote-assisted golf carts — designed for low-speed, rule-based, controlled environments.

What We’re Building

POINGO focuses on two complementary product directions that share a unified intent-based control architecture:

  • Smart Follow Push Cart — supports walking rounds with minimal input.
  • Remote-Assisted Golf Cart — intuitive pointing and confirmation-based assisted driving.

Both products interpret user intent from minimal discrete inputs and pointing/orientation data, then translate that intent into safe, constrained platform commands.

  • Minimal, learnable handheld interface
  • Wireless command and status exchange
  • Safety-first constraints and stop rules
  • Designed for golf-course operations
